Communication with customers and unsolicited approaches

To communicate with Plus500, customers should fill in the form available in the “Contact Us” page (the "Request Form"). Following the submission of the Request Form, Plus500’s response will be sent by email directly to the email address the customer specified in the Request Form.
Only emails received from either the plus500.com domain or from the plus500.com.au domain are legitimate email communications from Plus500. Any other emails claiming to be from Plus500 are deemed to be fraudulent.
Plus500 may initiate phone calls to customers to provide technical assistance and receive feedback on their trading experience with the trading platform. Please note that, under no circumstances, will Plus500 representatives provide financial or investment advice or request customers to provide sensitive information such as passwords or payment account information over the phone.
